All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@thrivapparel.ca.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer service team for a prepaid return shipping label.
