Shipping Policy
Welcome to THrīv Apparel located in beautiful Cochrane, Alberta We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently across Canada. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and other important information.
Shipping Locations
We are proud to offer shipping services to all provinces and territories in Canada. Whether you’re in Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, or the Northwest Territories, we’ve got you covered.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
• Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
THrīv Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
THrīv Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside Canada.

Returns
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Gift cards
• Some health and personal care items
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@thrivapparel.ca.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer service team for a prepaid return shipping label.
How to Return an Item
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at info@thrivapparel.ca to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack your item in its original packaging and include the return authorization form provided by our customer service team.
3. Ship Your Return: Mail your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
