At THrīv Apparel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Returns Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for returns and exchanges for customers across Canada.

 

Returns

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Some health and personal care items

 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@thrivapparel.ca.

 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

For defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer service team for a prepaid return shipping label.

 

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at info@thrivapparel.ca to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack your item in its original packaging and include the return authorization form provided by our customer service team.

3. Ship Your Return: Mail your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
