Cochrane Mom, Wife & Entrepreneur

Born and raised in Edmonton, Jennifer Rook has called Cochrane home for the past six years. With a successful career at two large corporations, she has had the opportunity to grow professionally while traveling throughout the prairies.

Jennifer is the founder of THrīv, a venture established to meet the needs of the local community by helping individuals feel and look their best. She is passionate about fostering community engagement and creating connections that empower individuals to thrive and support one another.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Jennifer cherishes time spent in the great outdoors with her family of six. Whether hiking, biking, or enjoying a day at the park, she values the moments shared with her loved ones. In addition to her family adventures, Jennifer has a passion for scuba diving and a fascination with cars—two hidden loves that showcase her adventurous spirit.
